cracked blocks
As alluded to in "my minors" I have had a sv engine rebuilt. It started off with a head leak, progressed to pulled studs, then inserts, then the insert on the front right stud cracked the block. This was stitched professionally and all new studs but the head still leaked as well as all the new studs. I moved on to an engine rebuilder who built up the engine. After moting it I found there is now a constant weep from the repair the first engineer did! I have seen additives at autojumbles that supposedly seal cracks and the rebuilder has said that these often work wonders in desperate cases. Has anyone any experience, advice or recommendations to offer?

if it's got wheels or chips - it'll cost you dear
