Spring pub meet at The Old Bull

Re: Spring pub meet at The Old Bull
Excellent meet at The old Bull today under blue skies. I took my fabric saloon and Joe Reed had his rare 1932 tourer out. Also present was Jonathan Barwick with his 1933 2-seater and Steve Kent with his '29 tourer, also fresh off the Light Car Welsh last weekend.
Note the VMR flag - nice one, Joe!
My trip was 83 miles, on top of about 75 last weekend, all without incident.
We return in three weeks for Drive-it-Day.

Re: Spring pub meet at The Old Bull
Another good gathering of rickety old jalopies. Looking forward to DiD on the 27th. BTW Ian, my car is a 1932 model. It celebrates its 93rd 'birthday' this coming Friday (11th)

Re: Spring pub meet at The Old Bull
Ah - a '32 model with a '33 radiator.
Re: Spring pub meet at The Old Bull
Yes, we have spoken about the '33 rad surround before. I'm not too bothered by it. Most people haven't got a clue (most people have zero knowledge that Morris produced a Minor before the Izzy-Wizzy Minor of 1948-1971)
