For Sale: Morris Minor 1934 lwb family 8 body spares
I have this pile of bits for sale. They came with my long chassis . From the history file that came with the car, it appears someone started restoring a very rough family 8 in the 1970s and made most of a new ash frame. It then passed through several owners and several large parts were lost. By the time I acquired the ‘car’ it was little more than a bare chassis and this pile of bits. The previous owner to me had sadly begun converting the body to a pickup. The back has therefore been chopped in half. There are several spare rough doors. It would be a mammoth task to restore but is surely a good source of spares for someone. I have now collected parts to get the chassis in a drivable rolling sate which I will body as an open two seater. I am generally against splitting cars for specials but I think most would agree that it is unlikely anyone would restore this. I would prefer to sell as one lot but may separate.
