I wish every advertiser quoted chassis and engine numbers like this - makes the Registrar's job far simpler. No, it wasn't previously known to the Register. I love the cut-out in the dashboard to accommodate the handbrake!

This looks like a delightful minor, even got the right windscreen. How much though!
