1932 sv saloon for sale

This one keeps popping up in classic motor monthly, serious offers over £1,500 wanted but I wonder if they'd take less as it's been for sale a long time! Don't know if it's a club members? 1932 sv 2 door saloon with v5c. Part restored, ash frame renewed, rear body section blast cleaned and sprayed, all other parts for restoration. Reluctant sale. 01782 515802 Stoke On Trent. Seems reasonable to me?
