These meets take place at Sunday lunchtime on the third Sunday of the month.
Oldwood is about half a mile south of Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire.
However, for March, the date is a week later on Sunday 23rd, to avoid a clash with the nearby Herefordshire Trial.
All welcome, but e-mail me at vintageminor@gmail.com if you would like to attend so I can let Lisa the landlady know numbers so she can reserve a suitably-sized table for us at this popular Sunday lunch pub.

The May meet is this Sunday at noon. Let me know if you want to book for lunch, or simply pitch up for a pint.

Another good meeting. I followed Joe as far as Ombersley and passed him on the A449. His little Tourer was bowling along very nicely, with no sign of smoke or whiff out the exhaust... unlike my car
I got home without incident, unlike yesterday's little run to a breakfast car meet.

Having done 100 miles over the weekend I've discovered that the engine hasn't used any oil
the level is still sitting at Max.

The June meet is on Sunday 15th. I am planning to bring my '29 tourer, which is now sorted performance-wise by getting the ignition timing right and also working on the carb., where I found the small filter in the float bowl almost completely clogged.
One thing I noticed about driving it is how free and accurate the steering is. I say 'free' because, compared to my fabric saloon, the saloon is difficult to turn at low speeds, i.e. when maneuvering it in a car park, etc. At these speeds it needs two hands on the wheel to wrench it around. My suspicion is that Halbe set up the track rod ends too tight, so I'm going to back them off and see what effect that has on the steering (without loosening them off so far that the TRE ball can escape, of course).

Or it may be the kingpin bushes are too tight. I'll know when I jack it up and loosen off the track rod ends.

The weather is set fair for tomorrow's meet. Now I have my '29 tourer running well, I'll be bringing it for its first official outing in my ownership!
