Vintage Minor Register

A steady 6 amp charge at the moment - long may it continue. There was an issue with the switch panel which I have now sorted. Just a USB port to fit and DF will be Ludlow ready!

Have you got the Donald Cowbourne books? There are snippets in there about Minors in trials plus a couple of photos. But more research would be needed before a Minor specific log could be produced.

But of course the Minors sporting entries were vastly overshadowed by MG

That seems a huge number - are there any comparators like those for Austin 7's over a similar time period?

I know they made just over 3000 Clyno 9's but that was over a much shorter production period which was the other of the big three in the 1920's.

Thankfully my replacement dynamo fitted perfectly, the alignment is if anything better than the old one. I just need to check through the wiring as I think there is some stray amps getting into the field windings causing erratic charge rates. I am planning on going back to the "book" wirin...
