The VSCC is holding its Cotswolds trial this weekend. The traditional VSCC trials season closing event offers spectators a the unique experience of watching trials sections at this famous hill climb venue. The main spectator area for the Trial will be at Prescott. The Prescott Clubhouse will be open throughout the day providing breakfast, lunches and hot and cold drinks. £3 will be charged per car to cover costs which will include an event programme.

Clive Hamilton-Gould is entered in his 1930 tourer (DG 325) this year - last year his daughter Laura entered (below), but she is in Dubai at present.

So go along, support Clive, and have an entertaining autumn day out in the hills. (And before you leave home, think - CAMERA! :D )

Clive's Third Class Award should not be underestimated - this was in Class 1a - Standard SWB Cars, not the Class 0 Novice Class. This is a HUGE achievement for a Minor - congrats to Clive and to bouncer Dave Whittle. With 266 points, he was just 5 points behind Dennis Johnson in a 1,496 c.c. Frazer-Nash Colmore (F-N's are great trials cars, due to their solid back axle), and just 21 point short of Brandon Smith-Hilliard in an original Cream Cracker PB! Fantastic!
