Hundred Pound Minor LJ 4128

The Hundred Pound Minor on the website (31/10/09) that was sold by Miller's Garage in Newbury was been bought by new member Derrick Guck. Derrick is an ex-Pat like myself and lives in Florida. He keeps the Minor in England, alongside a Morris 8, a Bullnose and a 1922 Clyno. He was a pilot until a few years ago - owning a couple of Tiger Moths and a Hornet Moth at one time or another. In the RAF he flew Chippies, Provosts and Vampires. Once his flying days were over, he sold his last Tiger and switched to vintage cars. Like me, he visits the UK every summer and enjoys his cars while over there. The Minor is currently having some work done on it, including new windscreen glass and a paintwork refresh. Unfortunately, his dates for the UK this year don't line up with VMR Prescott, but I hope to see him at our rallies in subsequent years.
