Here it is - up in the Cascade mountains about 20 miles east of Puget Sound. About four acres with incredible views. Tons of space for visitors - plenty of camping space - if you don't mind sharing with brown bears and coyotes. Should be moving in by the autumn.
Large double garage - the one on the left is double length with a fitted workshop at the rear, and fitted in-wall heaters.
The Cascades still have snow at the higher elevations - some stays year round.
View across one of the paddocks to Mount Index.
There's a couple more acres across the lane - slopes down to Mud Creek which forms the boundary of the property.
Photo taken from the location of the previous photo - looking towards the house.
Large lean-to barn on the side - room for more projects ...
Mountains everywhere.
View from the house - some trees will have to come out, but the monkey puzzle on the left will stay.
Sunset from Mount Pilchuck - up behind the house. God's country ...

Looks amazing Ian... there's almost room for a landing strip...
Re: First look at the new VMR HQ
Actually there is one - directly next door they have an unused 800 ft field with clear approaches which I want to use!
It looks like an amazing place - and it truly is, but all for around GBP 200k - what would that buy you in the Cotswolds I wonder?

Let me see,........ 4 acres, a house like that in that area, or lets say a 2 bed cottage with no garden in the cotswolds somewhere.... tough choice....!!
