seized engine

Further to my request of yesterday. The pistons have moved!! and all are now at top dead centre and conrods clear of the crank. The crank is also stuck!!! - solid. The little ends were also very very stiff but I cannot remove the conrods until I can free the crank. Timing cover off tomorrow to see whats what - Again any ideas? Alister. 0208 393 6732.
