Believe it or not, planning is kicking off for our 2023 Summer Rally and the first news is that we have booked a tour of the Morgan Car Company factory in Malvern for our Friday Tour.
We tried to organize this last year, but when we had to move the weekend back to September, the new Friday date clashed with a corporate event at the factory.
But with any luck, we won't have such an issue next July and the date of Friday 14th July - the day before Pre-War Prescott - is now firmly booked with the company. We'll start from the Royal Oak at Gretton (as we will be doing this year), wander across to Malvern to gather at the factory around 10-30 a.m. for coffee, etc. and then the factory tour will commence at 11 a.m. We'll then head for lunch at the nearby Swan Inn at Hanley Swan and then continue the tour in the afternoon.
Just heard from the Bugatti Owners Club this morning. They have confirmed Saturday 15th July for Pre-War Prescott 2023, so now the planning for the weekend kicks into gear. I'll set up the Entry Form as soon as I return from England at the end of next month.
