597 XUH - Where are you now?

Hi there. Many years ago I owned a 1931 Morris Minor rolling chassis - reg. no 597 XUH. It was a lovely old thing.
At that time I had no time, hence why we went our separate ways. I would love to know what has happened to it. I belive it was originally
an OHC model, but in my ownership it had a SV engine fitted.

Partially good news.

The car is not on the chassis register, but according to DVLA it was last taxed as recently as 2011, the same year the last V5 was issued, so it's almost certainly out there somewhere.

Hello Ian. Thanks for your reply to my enquiry which is much appreciated. That's encouraging news. When I owned the car it was a fully rolling and 'all-together' chassis - basically a complete Minor minus any bodywork. I hope it is in good hands. I certainly wish I had it now.
