Thanks Ian. Gearbox is out on the bench. The bearing has the marks R&M stamped on the side, along with the part number 1/LNJT1.1/2 which I can't find on the R&M Bearings website (based in Dundee) but have found here... www.bearingrevolution.co.uk/1~lnjt-1_1~2-51944
They don't give any price, they ask you to fill in the online form for enquires and prices. I'll need 3 new pins and the fingers rebuilt. I also need the adjuster pins that go through the fingers, if they're available.

You need to call Jamie at Sports & Vintage then.

I've ordered all brand new parts, including the toggles/fingers, for the stuff that needs to be replaced, or in some cases fitted (there was no sign of the felt washers anywhere). Hopefully receive them by Thursday or Friday.

Those little felt washers for the fingers probably aren't vital. I think their role is to just retain some oil. Probably make some?

So does S&V have clutch fingers? That would be good news and saves trying to weld worn ones.

Yes they have them in stock. I've also bought the felt washers and the metal washers too. The toggles come complete with the adjuster screws for around £30ea. Jamie was very helpful.

That IS good news. I'll order a set with the other clutch parts for the McEvoy.

Re clutch springs, you can also get J2 springs which are the same form but stiffer.
