I just came off the phone after talking to a chap in Stratford on Avon who has an OHC Minor for sale. He bought it 15 years ago from the first owner, who he knew. He has all of the car's history, including the original logbook. He has carried out a considerable amount of work on the car, including an engine rebuild. He tells me the body is solid.
Unfortunately, he sold the number off it last year, so it now has a BF number.
He will be sending more information, photos and a scan of the logbook.
He has had some interest from a chap who wants to turn it into a racing special, so we really need to find it a good home quickly. He has lost storage for it and it currently resides in a plastic tent in his garden. He is hoping to get GBP 5k for it, but we will be able to get a better idea of the value once he send pictures and more information on the work carried out. I think he will be flexible.
