The 49th Beamish Reliability Run on Sunday 16th June 2019 saw one Minor achieve a long-held ambition to complete the course.

9 hours driving and 150 miles of tortuous hills and dales in North Yorkshire and County Durham.

One of the checkpoints, opposite The Rose & Crown at Romaldkirk, might be familiar to anyone on the 2012 VMR Northern Weekend.

Nice! I remember the location very well!

Melanie Howe just got back from the Beamish and sent me this. Another stop on our Teesdale Rally.

The Northern Echo has 103 photos of the Beamish Run participants, pictured at the Bowes Museum checkpoint.

I saw their photographer too late to wave, and my navigator was studying the route (not sleeping!)
