VMR CAR BADGES

I have just placed an order for two of these badges - one for Roger Lucke and one for myself. They will be delivered to me in May. They will also manufacture the same badge without the the badge bar attachment protrusion but with a drilled lug on either side to enable fitment to a grill. He will of course accept orders from other members. Lead time is currently 3 months although no money changes hands until time of delivery. Order details are as per earlier posting on this thread.

I'll be very interested to see them. I tried my US contact, but he couldn't remember who made his University Motors badges, but he did recall that the initial tooling was very expensive.

Just received confirmation that the VMR badges will be with me 'shortly'. (Sometime next month) I'll post an image when they arrive.

Well after a very long (but worthwhile wait) the badges I ordered have arrived. The photograph does not do them justice. They are superbly crafted and excellent value at £65 each. A real piece of British craftmanship - Made in Devon.

They can be ordered from Pamela David Enamels. Telephone number 01769 5205536 or email is info@badgecraft.co.uk. The two I have here are already spoken for! :)
