Website history added

While working on the website today, I noticed that the home page news feed was truncated, missing all of the entries before 14th June 2011. A search of my PC turned up an old Index file which ran back to 10th June 2009, so I copied and pasted the earlier content into the current page, which now covers the past eight years of the Register.
I have also found that the website snapshots that were saved on the Magazine CD's between M 111 and M 126 also have website snapshots for their respective quarters, so I am copying those over as well. This will all help to make the website as complete a record of the Register's history as possible.
