Elizabeth Halls joined us at Prescott last July, having recently purchased a 1935 Singer Le Mans similar to the one her late father owned during the war. He was a night-fighter pilot and, according to his logbook, landed at no less than 57 airfields during the war. In his final years, he was supported in his illness by the RAF Benevolent Fund, as were his family. So to pay back some of the Fund's generosity, and top remember her father, Elizabeth is undertaking a tour of all 57 airfields this summer and will be joining us again at Prescott in July.

I highly recommend you follow her blog as she progresses on her 'Where They Served' Tour, which can be found at http://wheretheyserved.com/.
