A '34 2-seater is emerging after 40 years in storage. Dave Holland up in Walsall is renovating his late grandfather's house In Aldridge and found the Minor slumbering in the garage. His grandfather bought the car in 1969 from a Mr John Mackley of Liverpool. The car then lived in his mother's garage in Rugely until she moved house in 1975. This was the last time the car was driven to where it has been parked ever since in granddad's garage in Aldridge. Registration is JA 4208, chassis 34/MS/37724, laid down around the end of 1933, then registered in Stockport in early 1934, thus it has spent the majority of its life in storage.

Dave is looking for a good home for this car. More news and hopefully some pictures shortly.

And here's the first photos ...

Definitely the genuine article but will need a lot of work. However, it looks quite original and under the grime of decades, it might not bee too bad - particularly the chassis and running gear. Offers are invited - please contact through the VMR.

Yes it did! But when the new owner found out the VMR was run from America, he decided not to join!

And yet another.
For some time I have heard about an exceptional 2-seater in the North Sussex area and this morning managed to track it down.
It has been owned by Mike Sisley since 1964 and has been rebuilt and meticulously maintained during his ownership.
Chassis 26275
