Fantastic photo! Yes, this is Burford alright. I spent a few years in the RAF at Brize Norton, just at the top of the hill from here. That looks like a SV Minor saloon to me - Magna hubcap on the spare and headlamps sitting upright, and no bumpers. Definitely not a Seven.
