Carb needle

Going to order new kit for the carb today, 3 different needles on offer, Weak, Standard and rich, which one would you recommend guys for normal daily running??????????
If your engine is not modified and you are using an original type carb then standard would be a good place to start. If you then find the engine is running too rich or too lean you could experiment with other needles but only after checking and remedying any other causes.
