SV front brake cables

In determining brake cable length am I reading the "Technical Details" section correctly in assuming that the front cables on my side valve (SV 8159) should be 42 1/2"?

That's right - assuming you have the correct pulley geometry, with one pulley on the chassis rail and the other shackled to the top of the kingpin.
