VMR Drive-it-Day, Sunday 20th October

Since everyone won't be able to make it to the Phoenix for our autumn pub meet, let's have a VMR Drive-it-Day on that day. Take your car out - either on a local pub run or further afield. Take your camera, send in photos and let's see how many we can get in M 148. Let's get some more miles on our cars before winter sets in. Anyone up for it? And who is planning to head for the Phoenix - I know that Peter Hills is planning to be there with his 1929 'Out of Africa' tourer.

So, is anybody planning to actually drive their car on the 20th!?

So far, the only one I know of is Peter Hills, recently returned from India who is planning to be at the Phoenix.

Peter Hills, who will be at the Phoenix with his 1929 tourer tells me that this will be the car's first outing for nine years - the time that he has been in India. Big day for him and his car, so let's have some moral support for him on the day!
