Beautiful workmanship, but is it really worth GBP14k? It may have cost that much to build, but as a non-VSCC-eligible car, what could you do with it that you couldn't do in a standard 2-seater?
Having said that, I'm all for building specials from chassis that have lost, or carry rotten coachwork, as is the mainstay of the Morris Specials Group. I might not be if owners of such cars actually worked to restore their cars with correct bodies, but that rarely actually happens. I'd far rather see a car like this being used and providing enjoyment, than a car languishing as a pile of sundry bits in a shed at the bottom of the garden - the fate of far too many Minors...
