Post by g4pyd »

Hi, My head gasket now fitted and engine almost running well?

However the carb over flows after about 3 minutes running,I have Tried another needle valve and when stripping there is no visible dirt,Do you think the pump has to much Pressure or maybe its another cause,

one step to the front two to the rear :(

Have you checked that the float is sound. Try immersing it in a saucepan of hot water and check for bubbles. Burlen now make floats suitable for modern fuels.
