SV engine parts needed for the McEvoy

Can anyone help with any of the following? I'm about to start putting the engine together.
I am missing:
Starter motor and spacer
Dynamo bracket
Tappet chest cover
One knurled tappet chest cover retaining bolt thingy
Oil filler cap
Clutch thrust bearing assembly
Clutch/brake pedal cross-shaft
One valve collet
Throttle pedal - not strictly an engine part, I admit, but it will help make the engine louder.
I also have a set of new Hepolite standard size pistons, but the bores are worn, so I could either do with a set of cylinder liners or maybe swap my standard pistons for a set of plus sixties and rebore the block?
