Need to make a new dashboard - is this the right shape for my £100 Minor? The existing dashboard is 14 mm thick.

That looks exactly right to me. The holes on the left are not original though. Everything should be in the instrument panel.

Definitely not plywood. I have a feeling it was white wood of some sort, then stained and varnished. But others may know better!
