My OHC minor makes too much noise in the 1st and 2nd gears , but runs smoothly in the 3rd gear, the workshop people suggest that the gears were very worn and they tried to repair them by some welding when they worked on them, however I am not happy with the noise and I think I would need new gears p...

The Icing on the cake !! Very Proud to announce that the Car won the 1st Prize for the best Restored vintage car , entering the rally for the first time after restoration !! it looks like we'd be ready sometime at midnight tomorrow, the last day to get everything done,
there is no choice left , the list of things to do is endless , so I wont get into that,

Tough day today , lots of work done, attached the petrol tank , dash board,
some wiring , re-fixed the bumpers ,attached the headlights/sidelights , fabricated the hood brackets ,

the day seems too short, end before it starts.......4 days are left now.....

Update : with 7 days to go , the car came out of the paint shop today , tomorrow's agenda is to re-paint parts of chassis with a fresh coat of paint and then to start with the assembly of the fenders/wings/bumpers etc etc. tomorrow promises to be even more exciting day.... :) DSC07143a.jpg Also have...
