Re: 1931 type wheel on ebay

James, I will now try and find the photograph!!! It was taken here in Ewell in 1928 in a garden in St. James Avenue when Mr. Arther Riggs moved into the house when newly built. He then purchased a 1927, 9.20hp Humber 4 seater tourer and in 1957, whilst a young police officer I met Mr. Riggs and beca...

Andrew. I have looked into my wwiper box. I am sorry but I do not have any wiper arms. I thought I did but all are either older or newer. I do have two wiper blades - any good - you can have them. Highlander.

Pullies

I have asked this question before on this forum but so far no answer. Is a sv pulley the same as an OHV pulley. I have two sv pullies and someone with an ohv engine wants a pulley. I do not want him to waste a journey. Highlander.

Re: Fabric Couplings

Colin. I do have some old 'new' couplings. They are very hard. I also have some good but secondhand couplings. Where do you live? I have never had trouble with couplings - however if they are not right, or fitted incorrectly, vibration sets in. Highlander. Phone 0208 393 6732. (near Epsom Surrey)

Re: N5490

Ian, A cheeky question - How many 1932 Morris Minor Two seaters could you have bought instead of the plane? I think it is wonderful and would have loved to be able to fly. I am afraid of modern planes and dislike flying but I am sure I would love flying in one of these. I will be 79 when you finish ...

Re: IA 9142

Mike, I have seen your photograph of your block. I see it is OHV. The pulley looks the same as a SV. Is it? - noone has come back on the question. Is the thread on your crank different from mine? I have two SV pulleys. Had my military trews on this week and last at Burns Suppers - you never loose it...

Re: Christmas virtual pub meet

Ian, You have been across the water for too long!! Forget Martini and Gin and Tonic - try a rusty nail - a good slug of Drambuie and equal measure of Scotch - no ice and a Happy Christmas to you all. May day May day - are you receiving Paul!!! Highlander.
