speed
I was told by Roger that his modern couldn't keep up with my '32 2seater, that was on the lanes of dorset though, where the minor seemed to be at its best if you were to race one against a modern!!! I realised it was faster than I thought by lighting up 30 signs at 25mph, after that i felt less guil...

New years day 2008
Have reviewed my programme! Anyone vaguely near Reading fancy meeting up for a pint in minors on new years day? Ian tells of a meet at Hartney Witney or perhaps elsewhere? Let me know. Toby

Maybe people don't like to use 'em!!! I will continue to try and drum up some interest for a minor based new years event, there is a minor owner/vmr member at the M.Reg noggin and I note that there are a few forum members in my area. If not then Hart.Wit sounds a good idea. My next task will be to t...

How about trying to get members of the Morris Register minor sig to use the forum? they already use the sig for technical queries, if they went through the vmr forum and only had access to that it may do several things. First it would open up the forum to more use. A byproduct might be more involvem...
Wills bentley
After some thought... We all may have a bit of bentley or similar, if we got the club together we could build a special around an A***** 7 chassis and sell it on to boost club funds or realise some capital from our parts? What parts are out there that we don't need? Along with the lagonda valves, my...

Christmas 2007
Any minorists in the Reading area doing a xmas meet up? Busy time of year but perhaps a runout would be nice? Hatchgate or similar?
I inherited the beginnings of a lagonda, dad swore that the tin of 5 valves our autojumble stall were Lagonda... Is anyone out there any good at identifying old 2ndhand valves? Does anyone need some pre-run in Lagonda valves? they're the same as Bentley ones only dearer, probably the same model as y...

1st anniversary
Hmm, tricky. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the 2007 rally, I thought it was a good turnout;- see how many minors turn up at morris register events. As for the website, e-newsletter and forum;- I don't have a lot of time for sitting in front of computers, I don't work with them so it can only b...

roll call
Hi all, don't like to rush things but its about time I said hello! I have limited time so it's not easy to find time for computing. I have a 32 2seat tourer, 33model 4seater saloon, 34 2seat tourer plus bits and bobs. I love minors! You may have seen me and my dog at the 2007 rally. Good to see Gren...
