Hi guys, thanks for the input, I have since disconnected the full system, the petrol pump filter appeared fine, however I couldn't find a filter at he carb fuel inlet when I disconnected it, (above the float chamber), but when I removed the pipe there was quite a bit of sediment lying there, I think...

Hi Folks,, well, got a lot done over the last few days to JJ9069, had help few weeks ago from a friend who helped me set up the timing etc. Today, engine temp normal, revving very well whilst stationary, HOWEVER, when under load / moving away even with the pedal down, the engine is very hesitant????...

Over the last few days I got the radiator put back in and antifreeze added, all 4 wheels and drums have been taken off for inspection, all 4 under wings have been rubbed down and painted satin black to prevent any damage whilst on open road, exhaust has been removed, inspected and painted, rear ligh...

Thanks m8,, im going to get some antifreeze this week, I put radiator back together today and into car, I believe the blue antifreeze is the only one to use so am going to try and source some!! any recommendations!!!!! :lol:

Got radiator back today after some repair, would you recommend using antifreeze or just draining the system when not in use, if antifreeze are they're any recommendations other that Bluecol

Well, after a wee bit of tinkering today the wee Morris fired up, managed to get it a wee run round the estate!! Bit hesitant on acceleration though?? Oil pressure gauge on tickover sitting 20-40? Is this the normal?? Calometer working well. I've found 4 gears and reverse, is this right for my year ...
